Job Summary
Coordinate property maintenance, schedule contractors, and complete health and safety checks while acting as the primary point of contact for owners. Organize activities and events for residents, liaise with customers and suppliers, and deliver first-class service to ensure a hassle-free retirement lifestyle. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to administer site maintenance and support event organization. Work autonomously with an outgoing personality, managing safety and security with calm judgement under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity and health & social care sectors
- outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people
- ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy
- efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety and the security of the development
- good judgement and the ability to be calm under pressure
- happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative
- accomplished administrator
- computer literate
- previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
