Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the fitness area, public spaces, and male locker room while ensuring adequate and refreshed guest supplies are available. Handle guest requests with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality, providing introductions and tours to Spa and Health Club facilities and amenities. Requires at least six months of previous experience in a luxury Spa environment, strong guest service experience, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of previous experience in a luxury Spa environment
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Strong guest service experience
- Ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast paced environment
- Flexible schedule – able to work days and evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
