Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance while maintaining high standards for account productivity and accuracy. Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and customers, ensuring full compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government safety policies. Facilitate training for new and current staff, manage department resources for maximum output, and implement personal development plans to support continued professional growth. Provide pro-active coaching, regular evaluations, and specific orientation to ensure all personnel adhere to safety procedures and operate efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
