Part-time Loan Servicing Representative onsite in Newtown, CT. Responsibilities include monitoring hazard insurance cancellations for residential and commercial loan customers, updating insurance tracking, communicating with customers and insurance agents, handling force-placed insurance within specified timeframes, processing payments for bank-paid premiums and updating records, preparing cancellation letters for updated policies, maintaining condominium master policies and contacting associations, managing loan-related return mail and researching current addresses, assisting with mailings or product notifications, scanning and filing loan documents, maintaining department procedures on the Gateway, establishing SMART goals with quarterly results, participating in civic/community functions to promote the bank's products/services, and promoting the bank’s offerings. Requires High School diploma, strong attention to detail, customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, ability to work both independently and in a team, and dependable, organized work habits.
