Job Summary
Part-time Loan Servicing Representative in Newtown, CT. Responsible for monitoring hazard insurance cancellations for residential and commercial loan customers, updating insurance tracking, communicating with customers and insurance agents, force-placing insurance when necessary, processing payments for bank-paid premiums, preparing cancellation letters, maintaining condo master policies, handling loan-related return mail, scanning/filing loan documents, maintaining department procedures, and contributing to projects. Requires high school diploma, strong organizational and customer service skills, proficiency with Excel/Word, ability to work both independently and in a team, and reliability. Onsite role at Newtown Corporate location with approximately 20 hours per week.
