Job Summary
Conduct customer service and order fulfillment by assisting shoppers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise while supporting checkout and large order needs. Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately using power equipment and store technology safely. Maintain in-stock conditions through down stocking and replenishment, ensuring clean, organized work areas and reporting safety hazards or security concerns. Operate specific store equipment as assigned and communicate product features, warranties, and Lowe's program information to customers. Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and weight, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met. Complete required power equipment and spotter training to support efficient loading practices.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Retail experience
- 6 Months Experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 Months Retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
- 6 Months Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
