Job Summary
Conduct customer service by assisting shoppers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise while supporting checkout and fulfillment needs. Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately using power equipment and store technology safely. Maintain in-stock conditions through down stocking and replenishing, ensuring clean, organized work areas inside the store and parking lot. Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management. Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and weight, ensuring product quality and safety standards. Serve as a visible extension of the Pro Desk by engaging Pro customers, supporting enrollment in MyLowe's Pro Rewards, and maintaining Pro Standards under the canopy. Assist Garden Center customers with loading products and completing orders while partnering with the Department Supervisor to ensure orders are staged and ready for pickup. Complete required power equipment and spotter training to support safe and efficient loading practices.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Retail experience
- 6 Months Experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 Months Retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
- 6 Months Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
