Job Summary
Customer Service Associate/Loader at Lowe's focused on loading merchandise and assisting customers. Responsibilities include loading and replenishing merchandise, helping customers and staff move items safely, and using retail technology. Must be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings; able to lift 25+ pounds; minimum 6 months experience with computers and retail tech; licensure/registration as required by law may be needed. Travel is not required regularly. Part-time hours with potential for more based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience using a computer
- 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
- 6 months retail experience (preferred)
- 6 months Loader experience at a home improvement or hardware retailer (preferred)
- 6 months experience in any Lowe's department (preferred)
- 6 months retail merchandising experience (preferred)
- 6 months experience carrying/loading/unloading product or material in/out of vehicles (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
