Job Summary
Line Cook needed for part-time schedule (Monday through Wednesday, 5:00am–1:00pm) in a commissary kitchen supporting daily lunch for startups. Work alongside an experienced chef; heat, prep, and maintain station cleanliness. Responsibilities include cleaning/prepping meats and vegetables, stewarding and expediting products, labeling and organizing pans and delis, discarding out-of-date product, performing deep-clean tasks, and assisting the Executive Chef with production, packout, and cleanup discussions. Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience, expects to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates reliability, safety and sanitation awareness, and basic English and Spanish communication.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relative experience in full service, moderate to high volume Restaurant, Club or Catering establishment.
