Job Summary
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment. Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations. Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation. Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures. Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain one shortly after hire)
