Job Summary
Coordinate scheduled activities seven days a week for all residents, assist in preparing and distributing the monthly Lifestyle calendar, and facilitate resident council meetings. Connect with community groups and volunteers to support Lifestyle programs while assessing residents' social and lifestyle activity preferences. Help schedule resident transportation and drive property vehicles as needed, maintaining a valid driver's license and adhering to a drug-free workplace policy. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license for the state of operation
- High energy, enthusiasm, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- A knack for building rapport with residents and families
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- An acceptable DMV record (checked annually)
- Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in independent living, assisted living, or senior nursing
- CDL license (a perk — may be required at some locations)
