Job Summary
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed for Part Time NOC shift in Thousand Oaks, CA. Provide clinical care and daily living assistance to residents with memory impairments, coordinate with families and physicians, monitor health, maintain documentation, and support a safe, engaging memory-care environment. Requires active LVN/LPN license, graduation from an accredited LVN program, reliable transportation, English communication skills, ability to assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility), and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; experience in senior/memory care preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program
- Active LVN/LPN license
- Reliable transportation
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
