Job Summary
Licensed clinician to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients in Washington through a hybrid model (telehealth and in-person). Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. Independently licensed LMHC/LMFT/LICSW or PhD with consistent availability for at least 15 sessions per week and 20 hours of client availability. Utilize telehealth and EHR tools; contribute to a clinical community and collaborate with teammates. Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET; build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Compensation up to $60,300 based on licensure type and session volume; benefits include paid orientation, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and potential for paid clinical supervisor roles in select states.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinician in WA (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD)
- Independent licensure in Washington state
- Availability for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
- Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
- W2 employment status or equivalent
- Strong communication and collaboration within a clinical team
