Job Summary
Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care as a behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children. Maintain consistent availability for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability. Work seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET to build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Earn up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Alabama — LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
