Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country. Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability, treating diverse populations including couples and children. Manage credentialing, billing, and scheduling support while building a full caseload within 90 days of onboarding. Work flexible hours seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Texas
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
