Job Summary
Provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country as an independently licensed clinician in Virginia. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse caseload including couples and children while maintaining consistent availability for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly. Work within a hybrid care model supported by full administrative handling for credentialing, billing, and scheduling, with flexible hours available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while accessing live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a vibrant community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
