Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to over 175,000 clients via telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Virginia Beach, VA. Deliver services to diverse populations including couples and children as a behavioral health generalist. Manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while maintaining 20 hours of weekly availability for a minimum of 15 sessions. Work within a flexible seven-day schedule from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Utilize modern clinical technology and EHR tools for all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
