Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to over 175,000 clients across the country. Deliver care to a variety of clients, including couples and children, while maintaining consistent availability for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, supported by handled administrative tasks like billing, scheduling, and marketing. Work seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET with bi-weekly guaranteed pay and access to live clinical support and monthly case consultations.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Colorado
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
