Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to a diverse client base including couples and children. Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while managing weekly availability for at least 15 sessions across 20 hours. Work flexible seven-day schedules from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, utilizing modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Thriveworks supports clinicians with handled administrative tasks, credentialing, billing, and marketing, offering bi-weekly pay, 401(k) matching, and CEU reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
