Job Summary
Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth and face-to-face therapy to over 175,000 clients across the country. Deliver care to a variety of clients, including couples and children, while maintaining consistent availability for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability. Work within a hybrid care model supported by comprehensive administrative handling for credentialing, billing, and scheduling. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Pennsylvania
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
- Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
