Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols, including pre-treatment setup, equipment operation, and daily checks. Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care, discuss progress, and recommend additional treatment areas based on goals. Maintain accurate medical records, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure a clean, professional clinical environment between clients. Support daily clinic operations by confirming appointments, managing scheduling updates, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Collaborate with team members to support sales goals and model professional standards. Requires a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
