Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols, operating equipment and conducting daily safety checks. Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care, discuss progress, and recommend additional treatment areas based on goals. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness between clients, and document all procedures accurately in compliant medical records. Support daily clinic operations including scheduling updates, opening/closing duties, and inventory management. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and model professional standards. Requires current LPN license, strong communication skills, and HIPAA compliance. Located in Grand Rapids, MI, with a rotating 2-day weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
