Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents as a part-time LPN or RN on the Day Shift (7a-3p) at Midtown Center for Health and Rehab in Memphis. Administer medications and treatments, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate care plans. Responsibilities include preparing and administering medications (including IVs when applicable), recording vital signs, monitoring equipment, dressing changes, catheter insertions, bedside care, and assisting with discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation, communicate clearly with patients and staff, adhere to nursing standards and policies, and contribute to a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment. Qualifications include a current LPN or RN license in Tennessee, CPR/First Aid certification, and preferred experience in a long-term care setting; knowledge of Matrixcare is a plus. Required Qualifications
