Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care and support to residents with multiple needs in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting at Monroe Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center. Maintain knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and state regulations while communicating effectively with patients and staff. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Alabama
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Comfort and positive attitude in communicating with the elderly who have multiple nursing care needs
