Job Summary
Part-time library Makerspace assistant at Penn State Behrend (Erie, PA) for Sunday–Thursday evenings/weekends, 20-24 hours per week. Duties include oversight and staffing of the Makerspace lab and desk, answering informational questions, providing IT support for the library and Studio One equipment, circulating the library’s equipment, training and overseeing evening/weekend Makerspace student staff, backup support to the circulation desk, and assisting with closing procedures and special projects. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work independently and in a team, commitment to diversity and belonging, and a strong reliability mindset.
