Job Summary
Perform on-site leasing activities at The Rylan property, including responding to telephone inquiries, conducting apartment and amenity tours, coordinating move-ins, processing applications and payments, and maintaining all leasing records. Conduct market surveys and on-site promotions, develop marketing programs to attract qualified traffic, assist with move-in packets and resident retention efforts, ensure model units are show-ready, and uphold compliance with Fair Housing and related regulations. Deliver excellent customer service, support renewal and lease expiration tracking, and assist with occasional property-related duties and events.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Fair Housing regulations compliance and other laws related to property guidelines
