Job Summary
Part-Time Leasing Agent internship at The Emery in Lowell, MA. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and deliver customer service. Manages the leasing process from initial outreach and showings (virtual and in-person) to start of the application, updates the virtual tour catalog, conducts move-in preparations and new resident orientations, and maintains the prospect pipeline. Requires effective sales skills, strong organization, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. Schedule includes Tue 3-7 pm, Thu 3-7 pm, and Sat 10-4 pm; valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to handle pressure due to complexity and time-sensitivity of tasks
- Excellent organizational and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, energetic with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven phone and in-person sales skills
- Ability to be an active team member within the company
- Ability to preserve and respect resident and applicant confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and appearance to properly represent property portfolio
- Valid driver’s license required and current automobile insurance
