Job Summary
Conduct apartment tours highlighting community features, pursue leads, and secure leases while distributing marketing materials to prospective residents. Process lease applications, prepare agreements, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and make-ready. Perform move-in inspections, ensure resident orientations are complete, and assist in planning community events. Foster relationships with prospects and residents, maintain accurate leasing records, and handle general office functions including phone inquiries and filing. Work 29 hours per week with the office closed on Sundays.
