Job Summary
Leasing Professional responsible for leading the leasing process from inquiry to lease completion, conducting tours with prospective residents, and demonstrating knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings. Will handle follow-up on inquiries, contribute to digital marketing outreach, assist in planning resident events, and prepare lease agreements while maintaining accurate records using online tools. Requires strong communication, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with safety and housing regulations. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are needed. Training and an employee-focused benefits package are provided. This role is part-time with summer and seasonal hours at State Street Station Apartments in Wauwatosa, WI.
