Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors while leasing apartments to align with occupancy and revenue goals. Conduct tours presenting community features, review applications including income and background screening, and prepare lease files. Support marketing outreach, track leads in property management systems, and respond to communications professionally. Verify apartment readiness, assist with move-in processes, and maintain leasing office and model units. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards and market competitor knowledge. Work weekends and peak leasing season schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing season schedules

- Bachelor's Degree
- Leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain lease documents
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math skills including percentages and rent calculations
