Required Qualifications
- Professional and enthusiastic demeanor resulting from sales, leasing, marketing, and customer service experience
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and effectively communicate the benefits of the apartment community to prospective residents, their parents, and University personnel
- Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Ability to read and understand lease documents
- Ability to be an effective team player and interact well with others
- Organized and detail oriented
- Patient, even-tempered and works well under pressure
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, legal correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
