Job Summary
Greet prospects, show apartments, and coordinate the leasing process while conducting outside marketing under the direction of the Assistant Manager and Community Manager. Effectively lease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals, manage lease renewals, and complete all necessary paperwork including credit verifications, background checks, and final move-in inspections. Maintain guest cards and leasing notebooks, follow up on all traffic with thank-you emails and phone calls within 24 hours, and enter prospect information into Entrata. Archive inactive leads, audit lease files and data, and stay current on competitor rental rates to overcome objections. Assist with roommate matching, coordinate move-in processes, and communicate resident requests to the Maintenance Supervisor. Perform daily opening and closing procedures, inspect signage and amenities, and ensure the leasing office and clubroom remain clean and stocked.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; or High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to work weekends or overtime as job requires
