Job Summary
Leasing Consultant supports leasing, marketing, and resident relations by delivering excellent customer service, leasing apartments to meet occupancy/revenue goals, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance. Responsibilities include conducting tours, reviewing applications (income/credit/background), preparing lease files, verifying readiness for move-in, supporting renewals, tracking leads in property management systems, handling resident communications, assisting with work order entry, coordinating move-in processes, and maintaining the leasing office, model units, and marketing materials. Requires strong customer service, sales, communication, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and with a team; Education: High School Diploma or GED required, with Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Ability to understand and explain lease documents
- Basic math skills including percentages and rent calculations
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing season schedules
