Job Summary
Leasing & resident relations responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting property tours, managing the full leasing process from application to move-in, and providing accurate information on pricing and policies. You’ll also support marketing efforts, monitor advertising platforms, prepare market surveys, analyze leasing trends, collect applications and move-in funds, coordinate with maintenance, and assist with vendor access. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, plus familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies, are essential for delivering excellent resident experiences and contributing to occupancy goals. This is a part-time role with opportunities for training, development, and employee discounts where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies
- Basic computer proficiency; comfort with digital tools
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
