Job Summary
Conduct apartment tours, present community features, and support marketing outreach to drive occupancy and revenue. Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors while adhering to Fair Housing standards. Review applications for income, credit, and background screening; prepare lease files and verify unit readiness prior to move-in. Track leads in property management systems and respond to resident communications professionally. Assist with work orders, support move-in processes, and maintain leasing office and model units. Work weekends and peak leasing seasons while managing market competitors, pricing, and lease terms.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing season schedules

- Bachelor's Degree
- Leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain lease documents
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math skills including percentages and rent calculations
- Comfortable using social media platforms and creating posts for marketing, outreach, and community engagement
