Job Summary
Part-Time Leasing Consultant responsible for converting leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions; deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close; maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data; support resident experience and renewals; assist with lease paperwork and move-in/out events; drive occupancy and revenue through proactive follow-up, competitive knowledge, and effective tours. Requires 1+ year of sales/leasing experience, proficiency with CRM systems (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage or similar), strong multi-touch follow-up, excellent customer service, and availability on weekends and peak leasing hours. Required Qualifications
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
