Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for converting leads into leases, delivering high-impact tours, and maintaining CRM accuracy to drive occupancy and revenue. You’ll handle in-person interactions, follow-up with leads across phone, online, and tours, present pricing/availability, and collaborate with the team to meet leasing targets. Key duties include completing lease paperwork, collecting deposits, maintaining prospect data, supporting move-in/out activities, providing exceptional resident experiences, and using CRM systems to manage leads and occupancy. Prior sales or leasing experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset are essential; weekend availability is expected. A housing-discounting, commission-eligible role with opportunities for growth and development is offered at multiple communities in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
