Job Summary
Part-Time Leasing Consultant responsible for converting leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions; deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close; maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data; assist with move-in/move-out activities and deposits; provide exceptional resident experience and support occupancy targets. Must leverage CRM tools (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar), execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, emails, texts), and work weekends/peak leasing hours to meet leasing goals. The role emphasizes quick follow-up, personalized tours, strong product knowledge of the property and competition, coordination of paperwork, deposits, and model readiness, and supporting market surveys as needed. The compensation is commission-eligible with housing discounts and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
