Job Summary
Part-Time Leasing Consultant drives occupancy and revenue by converting leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions, delivering high-impact tours, and following up to maximize conversions. Candidates maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors, support resident experience and renewals, complete lease paperwork with deposits, and keep CRM data accurate. Requires strong follow-up discipline and multi-touch outreach, experience with CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage), and ability to work weekends/peak leasing hours; offers commission potential, housing discounts, and strong growth opportunities. This role operates in Lawrence, Kansas, at a Peak community, with a focus on sales, leasing, and customer service across the leasing cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
