Job Summary
Front-line sales professional for a Peak community, driving occupancy and revenue by converting leads to leases through phone, online, and in-person tours. Deliver high-impact tours, manage follow-up, maintain CRM data, and stay informed on pricing and availability to meet leasing targets. Responsibilities include completing lease paperwork, collecting deposits, supporting resident experience and renewals, and assisting with move-in/out events. Must have 1+ year of sales/leasing experience, strong multi-touch outreach, and the ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours. Skills include customer service excellence, rapport-building, and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, RealPage).
Required Qualifications
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
