PART TIME - Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant at Hawthorne responsible for leading apartment tours, answering inquiries, converting leads to leases, processing leasing applications and move-in paperwork, coordinating resident events, maintaining a welcoming community presence, and supporting local marketing efforts. Requires strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills; knowledge of the local market and occupancy goals; and willingness to learn Hawthorne's Live It practices. Part-time role with a 40-hour schedule and occasional evening/weekend availability; valid driver’s license and CALP certification a plus.
