PART TIME - Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant role (Part Time) at Hawthorne multifamily communities focused on creating standout resident experiences. Responsibilities include leading engaging apartment tours, responding to inquiries, converting leads to leases, processing leasing applications and move-in paperwork, coordinating resident events, supporting community occupancy and renewal goals, and contributing to property marketing and local outreach. Must convey warmth and professionalism, excel in communication, and deliver excellent customer service. Education background is High School or GED equivalent; CALP certification is a plus. Office hours and a 40-hour schedule with possible evening and weekend availability. Location-based in Cornelius, NC; Driver's license required.
