Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Hearth Apartments in Vancouver, WA. Provides exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents using professional sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy. Responsibilities include greeting prospective residents, qualifying applicants, coordinating with maintenance for move-ins, maintaining rental files, entering rental data, preparing and overseeing lease signings, handling monthly administrative tasks, and resolving resident issues to ensure timely rent payments.
