Job Summary
Part-Time Leasing Consultant for 55+ senior property responsible for executing marketing and leasing strategies, ensuring resident satisfaction, and achieving occupancy goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Minimum 4 years of previous leasing experience in senior or multi-family communities
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency and fluency in internet marketing, including Craigslist and Google
- Demonstrated proficiency in property management software (preferably One Site)
- Ability to lead outreach marketing activities in the community
- Demonstrated ability to perform and succeed in sales and customer service roles
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
