Job Summary
As a Part Time Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting guests, showing units, preparing lease documents, processing applications, and ensuring apartments are ready for new residents. Excellent communication, leasing and closing skills are necessary, along with proficiency in computer systems. Responsibilities also include maintaining product knowledge, following up on prospects, assisting with renewals and marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Two years of leasing experience in Affordable Housing
- Excellent leasing and closing skills
- Computer skills and organization
- Ability to understand and explain lease documents
- Ability to sell the property’s products and services to prospects
Desired Qualifications
- Yardi Experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
