Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Job Summary
Conduct tours of the community, market to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email, and develop first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents. Close the sale and secure leases, then type leases and complete appropriate paperwork while assisting management with daily office operations, processing property files, and planning resident functions. Prepare marketing materials and distribute them, obtaining Fair Housing Certification as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Director. This part-time role supports Crowne Partners' development of Class-A luxury apartment communities across the US, requiring a professional attitude, strong sales skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Fair Housing Certification
- Must be able to show and inspect apartments on multiple floors and access the varied terrain of the community
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day
- Ability to operate Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- some college
- Experience in multifamily residential, customer service or other related industries
- Outgoing and personable in order to establish relationships and market effectively
- Self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve creatively
- Strong oral and written communication skills
