Job Summary
Conduct tours of the community, market to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email, and develop first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents. Close sales and secure leases by typing leases and completing appropriate paperwork. Assist management in daily office operations by processing and maintaining property files, planning and organizing resident functions, and preparing marketing materials. Obtain Fair Housing Certification and perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Director. Requires high school diploma, multifamily experience, and ability to operate Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Fair Housing Certification
- Must be able to show and inspect apartments on multiple floors and access the varied terrain of the community
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day
- Ability to operate Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- some college
- Experience in multifamily residential, customer service or other related industries
- Outgoing and personable in order to establish relationships and market effectively
- Self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve creatively
- Strong oral and written communication skills
