Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Job Summary
Conduct tours of the community, market to potential customers via in-person visits, telephone, and email, and develop first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents. Close sales, secure leases, type lease documents, and complete appropriate paperwork while assisting management with daily office operations, property file maintenance, and resident functions. Prepare marketing materials, distribute them, and obtain Fair Housing Certification. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Director. Requires High School Diploma, multifamily residential experience, and ability to operate Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Fair Housing Certification
- Must be able to show and inspect apartments on multiple floors and access the varied terrain of the community
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day
- Ability to operate Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

- Experience in multifamily residential, customer service or other related industries
