Job Summary
Greet guests and provide high-quality customer service as a Leasing Consultant at Creekside. Responsibilities include showing units, preparing lease documents, ensuring properties are in excellent condition, processing applications according to Fair Housing laws, maintaining resident information, and coordinating marketing strategies. Candidates must have a high school diploma and two years of leasing experience, with strong communication, leasing, and organizational skills, in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office and community software. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
