Job Summary
Tour prospects, lease apartments, and follow up with prospects while inspecting property and model units daily to ensure they are rentable. Organize lease renewal programs, verify rental applications, and support residents with payments and maintenance requests. Perform move-in and move-out inspections, create resident files, and complete daily reports, traffic reports, and market surveys. Adhere to all Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws while managing lease expiration programs. Work 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 6pm in Bothell and Kenmore.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of residential/multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- 4-year degree or related coursework preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales abilities, phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, motivated, professional
- Able to achieve high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing work priorities
- Prior leasing consultant experience or has worked in sales previously
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
